Gaston Brewing Company is a veteran-owned and operated brewery run by a local husband and wife team.

As a family-friendly establishment, we are committed to crafting high-quality beer, serving delicious food, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests.

Our journey began in 2017 with the opening of our first brewpub on Hay Street in downtown Fayetteville. Due to the incredible support of our community, we expanded in 2021 to include a second location on Chicago Drive. Our original Hay Street location remains a full-service restaurant, while our Chicago Drive site features a production brewery and a unique taproom. This taproom experience allows us to showcase exclusive, small-batch beers produced from our on-site beer lab.

We invite you to visit either of our two locations to enjoy a meal, try a new brew, and become a part of the Gaston Brewing family.

Staying true to Fayetteville's French history, the name Gaston is derived from the old French byname "gasti" meaning "guest, host or stranger".
